AGENCY SERVICES PROGRAM (ASP) SUMMARY:

What is ASP?

The purpose of the Agency Services Program (ASP) is to allow Consolidated Brokerage Services (CBS) to become the servicing partner for your small group health clients.  This agreement allows your agency to continue to receive income from your small group book of business with a “hands off” approach to service and retention.

• Resolving service issues
• Timely delivery of renewal notices and alternative options
• Regular market studies to evaluate the appropriateness of benefits within groups.
• Conduct open enrollment meetings and employer and employee presentations
• Provide qualified staff, systems and materials to service and maintain accounts
• Provide regular communication to agency on activity with groups
